How it works
Today, a kit for your AI assistant; soon, DNAGPT on your computer with knowledge curated by CESGEN through a secure connector. The file never leaves your computer.
The file
Your client has had the NutriGPT study through your practice. You receive their 48-variant file, identified only by a code. The study →
The knowledge
The Panel Guide and the knowledge curated by CESGEN are DNAGPT’s only source: for each variant, what it guides, how it is read and what must never be said.
Your decision
DNAGPT returns guidance by area, citing area and rsID. You review, decide and deliver. The responsibility and the plan are yours.
Today: the support kit
What it contains. Assistant instructions (what it receives, how to interpret, mandatory limits, how to answer), project set-up in ChatGPT or Claude, ten prompts for the consultation and a checklist before anything is handed to the client.
How it is used. One project with the instructions and the Panel Guide as a knowledge file; a new conversation per client; only the file with the code.
Privacy. A professional or business plan, no use of conversations for training, no memory across conversations, deletion when done.
Soon: DNAGPT
A programme on your computer reads the file and computes what it needs locally. Your assistant connects, with your authorisation, to a CESGEN knowledge server (a secure connector, the “MCP server”) that answers about variants, areas and guidance, never about your client. CESGEN receives no genotypes or profiles. Accounts and licences are managed in an application for professionals. Status: in testing with a pilot practice; the waiting list announces the launch.
What never changes
- The Panel Guide is the only source.
- Every piece of guidance cites area and rsID.
- Variants without a reliable reading are “no data”.
- The wellness notice closes every answer.
- The decision is the professional’s.
We will let you know when DNAGPT opens to more practices
For dietitians and other health professionals only. In the meantime, ecosystem professionals work with CESGEN’s kit for ChatGPT or Claude.
